1、高校科研项目管理系统摘要随着计算机科学的发展，Internet的应用越来越广泛，同时为人们提供了极大的方便，现在越来越多的机构将科研管理与Internet融合到一起，以方便项目申报者进行沟通和管理。网络科研管理系统就是在这样一个社会背景下开发的。网络科研管理系统采用先进的、开放的B/S体系结构，应用系统基于Web技术开发。其实现的功能主要有申报功能、管理功能、修改个人信息功能、信息查询功能。本系统可以极大的提高管理效率，既能实现对科研信息的高效管理和控制，又能满足研究所的决策者对科研活动的宏观管理需要。最重要的是，它可以直观反映研究所工作人员的工作状况。网络科研管理系统将人员、
