1、摘要新的网络存储技术——SAN(StorageAreaNetwork)以其自身多方面的优势，为日益增长的信息存储和管理提供了良好的解决方案，成为网络存储理想的管理和应用模式。但目前，SAN的管理对用户来说比较困难，管理成本在存储系统中的比例较高，因此SAN管理的重要性越来越被人们所认识。目前，业内普遍认为，存储市场未来的热点不再会是技术本身，而是如何高效地对SAN进行管理。在此背景下，作者参与研发了大型SAN管理软件——SSM(SANStorageManager)。该软件整合了SAN管理的多种任务功能，针对多个任务模块实施集中化管理控制，并具有强的监控能力，

2、拥有故障自动恢复功能、数据复N／快照功能、文件管理等功能。作者在研究与实践过程中，主要取得以下成果：1．对多个功能模块，实现集中化控制管理功能，提高系统管理效率，有效降低管理成本，增强了系统灵活性。2．分析系统软件故障的多种情况，实现故障自动恢复功能，使系统在无人职守情况下能够自动从故障中恢复，并且无需终止服务。3．实现集中解析、管理用户配置信息功能，解决多任务模块下用户配置信息集中管理问题，降低配置管理复杂度。4．分析多平台应用的差异，在此基础上实现了WindowsNT平台利用多线程模拟信号处理技术。5．实现命令队列技术，完成了命令队列数据结构的设计，实现
