1、摘要本文首先对工作流技术进行了概述，并在此基础之上确定了工作流技术是现代办公自动化领域的重要研究方向。随着信息化办公普及速度的加快，对传统的工作流技术必须提出更高的要求。本文对该方向课题进行了深入的分析和研究，主要内容包括：在分析当今主流工作流引擎的基础上，并且参考国际工作流管理联盟(WorkflowManagementCoalition，WfMC)发布的工作流参考模型(WorkflowReferenceModel，WfRM)，设计了具有微内核与分层架构特征的工作流引擎(WorkfiowEngine，WfE)，扩

2、展性有了明显的增强，更符合低耦合高内聚的软件丌发要求。针对流程的逻辑定制是工作流技术的关键问题，采用基于表单和基于任务相结合的定制方案，解决了传统技术只能基于任务进行逻辑定制而难以适合行业应用的问题。在工作流引擎设计的基础上，逐步扩展工作流引擎的功能，为工作流平台设计了一个B／S(Browser／Server)结构的总体框架，并且实现了工作流办公平台，系统目自，J．可J下常运行工程更改请求流程，设计更改通知流程，库房电子报检流程，采购申请流程，采购审批流程等。论文最后，对本文的工作进行了认真的总结。关键词工作流；
