1、电价和蓄水价值的情况上,通过研究互联电力系统中火电厂运行能耗.特性和互联电网损耗特性以及水火互联电力系统优化运行过程中的指标要求,基于水电站、火电厂以及电网络“安全、稳定、经济刀·运行等多指标要求下的水火互联电力系统多目标优化调度模型。利用基于数据包络分析的决策方法和改进型多目标遗传算法对以梯级水电站水库群经济效益最大、火电厂能耗最小、污染物排放最小以及电网功率损失最小为目标的广西电网500kV级水火互联电力系统短期多目标优化调度模型进行求解,改进多目标遗传算法能通过并列运行的方式在决策空间中同时搜索获得多种符合要求的决策方案,避免了传统先验方式下多目标优化问题求解过程中决策者主观偏
