3、n-continuousgradients,causinghugedifficultyofsolvingdynamicoptimizationproblem.Thus,itmakesagreatpartofpolymerizationprocessthathowtosolvethisdynamicoptimizationproblem.Inthispaper,conditionalmodelingoffreeradicalpolymerizationsisf'wstanalyzedthoroughly,bothsequentialandsimultaneousdynami

4、coptimizationstrategyarepresentedtosolvetheproblem.Sequentialoptimizationalgorithmincludessensitivityanalysisandmodelsmoothingstrategy,whilesimultaneousapproachisdiscretizedbasedonDAEmodelandMPCCalgorithm.Themainresearchcontentsandcontributionsofthispaperareasfollows:1.Mechanismoffreeradi

5、calpolymerizationisfirststudiedindetail,andconditionalmodelingproblemcausedbythethreeeffectsisanalyzedconsequently.Withagoodunderstandingofthecauseandeffect,asummaryofthedifficultiesontraditionalwaystosolvetheproblemisproposed.2.Sequentialdynamicstrategybasedonsensitivityanalysisandmodels
