1、摘要本文结合南京市综合地下管线数据整合项目，进行了地下管线普查建库流程的设计，并开发完成了城市综合地下管线建库管理系统。对管线数据结构、管线普查和建库的工作进行了研究和探讨，完成的主要研究内容如下：1、从地下管线普查工作的特点出发，设计出具有通用性的地下管线普查、建库流程，适用于管线作业和管理，涉及前期生产、后期检查、入库和空间表现等方面，可以对管线的探测和普查提供作业指导。2、针对管线数据的特点，结合国家规范和管线普查规程，设计出管线图的符号化表示方法和管网信息系统数据库的数据结构，兼顾GIS数据管理和图形表现的要求，便于管线图的普及使用。3、在行业调查的基

2、础上，提供了一套便于维护的管线管理思路和便捷的管线数据生产平台，提出了可以满足GIS入库需求的电子管线数据生产管理完整的解决方案。为用户提供友好的人机交互界面，符合使用习惯，提高了工作效率；考虑到今后电子管线数据的维护需要，建立了分幅元数据。4、为解决管线数据库建成以后的动态维护问题，将管线数据的生产、管理和公司办公自动化管理系统进行无缝对接，为管线数据的日常管理提供了适用工具。对管线的数据质量进行监控，动态的维护管线数据的现势性，维护方便快捷。[关键词]：地下管线，信息系统，系统设计，数据管理，GISIIIAbstractCombiningwiththeda
