4、ynamicbusinessprocessH．PNmodel．Secondly，takingthekeyfactors，whichwillaffecttheprocessoptimization，asheuristicfactorsoftheH-PNmodel．Throughfuzzyreasoningmodeling，itgivesthesolvingmethodofheuristicfactors．Thirdly，solvingmethodofheuristicfactorsandbusinessprocessoptimizationalgorithmarede

5、signed．Throughcomputerprogramming，thecombinationisrealized．Fourthly，acasestudyofthetakedownprocessisdeployedtoverifytheeffectivenessofapplyingH-PNmodelintodynamicbusinessprocessesoptimization．ThroughMATLABsimulation，werealizethecombinationofsolvingmethodofheuristicfactorsandbusinesspro
