1、债投人会义锯度研究中文握要债权人会义制度研究中文提要我国的债权人会议制度和国外破产立法相比，尚有不少需完善的地方，如何正确界定债权人会议的性质、完善债权人会议的职能及其运作程序、建立健全破产监督制度，是债权人会议能否在破产程序中发挥其应有作用的关键．本文作者作为一名在基层法院从事审理破产案件实务的审判员，根据专业和职业特点，试图运用所掌握的法律原理、结合实践经验，通过与相关国外立法的比较，分析我国的债权人会议制度现状及存在问题，希望为我国破产法的修订提供理论依据。本文在结构上沿着从抽象到具体，从一般到特殊的逻辑思维步步深入，首先介绍了债权人会议的性质及其现实意义，第二部
