1、AbstractThemutualisticsymbiontthatsomesoilfungusandplantrootswereformedthroughalongprocessofco-evolutionwasMycorrhizae,thefungusthatparticipatedintheformationofMycorrhizaewascalledMycorrhizalfungi,theplantwascalledMycorrhizaeplantorhost.ArbuscularMycorrhizaFungi(AMF)isdis
2、tributedwidelyinnature,about90%microtubulesplantscouldformArbuscularMycorrhizawithAMfungus.Ithaseconomic、socialandecologicalsignificantthatmaterialexchangingbetweenorganismsintheecosystem、energyflowing、transmittingmessages、biologicalevolutionanddistribution、biodiversitypr
3、otecting、stabilizingtheecosystem、maintainingecologicalbalanceandsustainabledevelopment、promotingtheproductionofagriculture,forestry,animalhusbandry.Alfalfawashigh-quality,high-yielding,drought-resistant,adaptableperennialleguminousforagethatwasthelargestartificialpasturei
4、nChinaandhasalonghistoryintheNorthwestTerritories.Inrecentyears,withthedevelopmentofnight-soilcontrolmeasuresandpost-harvestprocessingtechnology,theareaofdripirrigationalfalfawasgraduallyincreased,itwouldbecomeanewtendencyinthefuture.Thealfalfayieldofdripirrigationimprove
5、dgreatlybycostinghighfertilizerinShiheziReclamation,phosphorusplayedavitalroleonthealfalfagrowinganddeveloping,increasingthecontentofavailablephosphorusbybiologicalmeasuresinthesoilwasakeyissuesthatneededtobeaddressedinthedripirrigationalfalfaproduction.Manystudiesshowedt
6、heMycorrhizathatAMFandhostwasformedcouldpromotetheabsorptionofallkindsofnutritionalelements,obviouslytheabsorptionofphosphorus,biologicalmethodwasthebestwaytoimprovetheutilizationofphosphorusinthedripirrigationofalfalfathroughAMfungus.Inthisstudy,therhizosphereAMfungiofal
7、falfaintheOasis(ShiheziReclamation)wasusedastheresearchobjecttoinvestigatetheresourceofAMfungus、therelationtosoilfactorsandtheeffectofdominantAMfungusthatalfalfawereinoculated,itcouldlaythefoundationoftheutilizationofmycorrhizaefertilizerinthedripirrigationofalfalfaforthe
