3、sswitching,voicedataistransmittedontheIPnetworkandVolPtechnologyreducethepossibilityofmalfunction,buttheVoIP-VHFcommunicationsystemhastheproblemofdiscontinuousvoicedistortionintheapplication,whichisadeadlyhazardforaircraftsinflight.Thepurposeofthispaperistoresearchmethodsandtechnologytoenhance
4、thespeechquality,whichisbasedontheVolP一ⅧcommunicationsystemintroducedbyInnerMongoliaATM-SubBureau.Firstly,thispaperanalyzestheprincipleofⅧ.communicationandtheprotocolsofVolPtechnology,andthanwedeeplyanalyzethesignalflowandusagesituationofboththeanalogueⅧcommunicationsystemandtheVolP—VHFcommuni
5、cationsystem.ByanalysisofmethodsforthemeasurementofspeechIIIqualityandfactorswhichweakenthespeechofVoIP.VHFcommunicationsystem,weresearchthecausesofpacketslossandmethodstoreducethem.Inconclusionweproposedtwomethodstoreducetheinfluenceofpacketslossonspeechquality.Oneistooptimizethehardwareroute
