3、holeintheozonelayer;Emissionsofsulfurdioxide,acidrain,destructionofalargeamountofvegetationplants.Someasuretheenvironmentalefficiencyofthepowersectorandtoanalyzetheregionaldifferencestopromoteenergyconservation,improvetheenvironmentisofgreatsignificance.Thi
4、spapermainlyanalyzestheChinesethermalpowerindustryenvironmentalefficiency,regionaldifferencesinenvironmentalefficiency,onthebasisofanalysisofinfluencefactors,BycombiningtheentropyweightandDEAmethod,weconstructedanewnonradialDEAmodel,thatisE-SBMmodel,onthisb
5、asis,weputtheCO2,SO2andNOXasundesirableoutputintotheevaluationindexsystem,usingthe2004-2011dataofChina's30provinces(exceptTibetautonomousregion)thestaticanddynamiccalculationofthermalpowerindustryenvironmentalefficiency,drawtheconclusion,inthedifferentareae
6、nvironmentalefficiencyshowedmarkedlydifferent.Theannualenvironmentalefficiencyfluctuationlevelstendedtoincrease,andcomparetheeastern,central,westernareaandenvironmentalefficiencychangetheoveralltrend.AndthenusingTobitregressionanalysistomeasuretheefficiency
