1、摘要通过对比长期施用生物有机肥(EM)、传统有机肥(Tc)、化肥(CF)和不施肥(CK)处理下土壤原生动物的丰富度和群落结构和不同施肥年限间土壤原生动物群落的差异,并分析其与土壤理化性质、微生物量碳和作物产量等之间关系,得出如下结果:1.EM和传统堆肥处理下七年期和十一年期土壤原生动物的总丰度都高出化肥和空白对照处理的两倍或更多。并且在单独的月份中,EM堆肥和传统堆肥处理下土壤原生动物的总丰度也大都是显著高于化肥和空白对照的。而化肥处理条件下土壤原生动物的总丰度和空白处理间却没有显著差异。鞭毛虫、纤毛虫、肉足
2、虫各自的丰富度也都表现出相同的特点。2.不同施肥处理对土壤原生动物的群落结构有一定影响:无论七年还是十一年期,鞭毛虫和纤毛虫的在原生动物群落总丰富度中所占的比重均在空白或化肥处理下最高,在有机堆肥处理下最低,而肉足虫则完全相反。这与土壤中细菌的数量有很大的关系。3.EM堆肥、传统堆肥以及化肥三种处理措施下十一年期的原生动物总丰度要显著地高于七年期的,而空白对照处理下的差异不显著。十~年期中肉足虫丰富度在原生动物群落中的比重较七年期的有所增加,而鞭毛虫和纤毛虫则随年份的推移呈现出减少的趋势。4+所有处理九次取样
