2、becomeanimportantconstrainingfactorforsustainablesocio-economicdevelopmentinmanycountries.Qingdaoisshortofwaterseriouslyincoastalcitiesofourcountry.PercapitaofWaterresourcesisabout312cubicmeters,whichisabout1/7ofthenational.Inordertosolvetheproblemofwatershortagesustainabledevelopmentisthe
