1、上海交通大学硕士论文面向SaaS的SLA管理框架的研究和实现（3）构建了基于本体的SLA全生命周期管理平台。根据本文提出的SLA管理方法开发了一个原型系统，该原型系统包括了本体构建，本体解析，服务水平协议的自动协商，服务水平协议的实时自动化监控以及服务等级语义计算等功能模块。经验证，本文提出的SLA管理平台能够较好地解决现阶段SLA管理过程中存在的问题。通过本文的研究，为基于本体的服务水平协议管理机制提供了抽象设计和具体实现。同时，结合理论模型和原型系统设计验证表明，该框架模型提供了一种提高SLA管理效率，优化服务质量，降低服务质量管理的人力参与成本的有效途径。关键词
