2、ttheradarbeampointingandbeamshape.Italsomakesthephasedarrayradarhasgreateradaptabilityandbetterperformance.Phasedarrayradarresourcemanagementissuescanbedividedintotwoaspectsaccordingtothedifferentmanagementobjects,whicharemacromanagementandmicromanagement.Themac
3、romanagementistomanagetheradarsinthesystemmacroscopicallybyplanningthework(searchingandtracking)eachradarneedtododuringperiodoftimeinthefuture.Themicromanagementreferstothetraditionalphasedarrayradarmissionscheduling,whichmeansundertheconstraintsofthesystem,asin
4、gleradarprovidestheorderofthemissionitneedtodointhenextschedulingintervalaccordingtosomerule,afteritscontrolcenterreceivedvarioustaskrequestsequenceinthecurrentcircle,thusoptimizingthedispatch.Inthispaper,weaimtosolvetheproblemofmissionplanningofmulti-targetstra
5、ckingusingasingleormulti-phasedarrayradars.Thestudycanbeexpressedinthreepoints:(1).Facingthesituationthattheradarresourcewillbelimitedwhentherearemanytargetsinthenetwork,webuildthemodeloftrackingmissionand,undertheconstraintsofradarresourceandtimecondition,propo
6、seamissionschedulingalgorithmbasedonmaximumtrackingnumber.Ittakesthemaximumtrackingnumberandradarresourceastheoptimizationobjective,andusesimplicitenumerationmethodtocompletethetrackingmissionplanningofmultipleradarsinthenetwork.(2).Facingtheproblemthattheimplic
