1、ABSTRACT【Object】Theresultswasexpectedtostudytheadaptabilitytodroughtofthecotton’sphotosynthesis、yieldandqualitycharacter,thentorevealtheirrelationandalsotoselectsuperiorcottonwithgreatresistancetodroughtbyanalyzingthedifferencesofcotton’scharacteristic.Thisstud
2、ywasexpectedtoprovideatheoryforselectingcultivarsofstrongwater-limitedtolerance.【Method】Fifty-twointroducedcultivarsofprematuritycottongermplasmresourceandsixlargeareasharesmainplantcottonmaterialsofthenorthernpartofXinJiangasthetestmaterial.Inthedropwaterplant
3、ingmodeofXinJiang,usingnormalwateringanddroughtstressasthetwotreatmentsoftheexperiment.Theresponseofphotosynthesischaracter,fluorescencecharacter,yieldandqualitycharacteristicunderwaterstressduringthebudstage,flowerseason,cottonbollseasonandflocsseasonofthetest
4、cottonresourceareanalyzed.Thedroughtresistanceofthetestresourcesaregradingevaluatedbysensitivestressindexnumbermethod,differentanti-droughtgenotypiccottonphenotypewasapproached.【Results】1)Therewassignificantvariationofcottonphotosynthesisparametersatdifferentpe
5、riodunderthetwowatertreatment,andthegeneticvariationofnetphotosyntheticratechangedremarkably.2)Whenthecottonwaswellirrigated,alltheaveragevalueofnetphotosyntheticrateweremaximumatflowerperiodandbollperiod,besides,thedifferenceamongallthecottonwasminimumatthesep
6、eriods;theaveragevalueofnetphotosyntheticratewaslittleatbudperiodandthedifferencewasgreat;andthesameparameter3)Fv/Fm、PI、Fv/F0hadnosignificantchangeunderwaterstress,comparedtothecorrespondentfluorescenceparametersundernormalwatercondition.4)SPADincreasedafterwat
7、erstress,andthevariationwasrelativelydiminutive.5)Cottonproductionwasaffectmarkedly,Seedcottonyield、Bollplant、lintproductionyieldweresensitivetowaterstress,whilebollweightandlintproportionhadnosignificantchange.6)Fiberlength、fiberuniformity、fiberstrength、elonga
