2、klossandassurevoltagequalitybyrationalallocationofreactive—controlequipmentsundereachoperationconstraints.Withthewiderangeofwindpowergenerators(WPGs)connectedintothedistributionnetwork,itwillplayanimportantrolesilleasingChina’Spowershortageandthegoalofenergysaving.ttowever,theoutputofWPGsvariesra
3、ndomlywithwindspeedfluctuations,whichcausesmoreuncertaintiestotheconventionalmethodstoreactivepoweroptimizationofdistributionnetwork.ThereforeitisnecessarytostudythereactivepoweroptimizationindistributionnetworkwithWPGsconnectedin.Meanwhile,thetraditionalreactivepoweroptimizationisalwaysoperatedu
4、ndersectionalloaddata,whichnotonlyneglectthedynamicnatureoftheload,butalsonotconsiderthenumberofoperationsofeachcontrolequipment.Thishardlysatisfiesthedemandsofpracticalsituation.Therefore,itisofgreatpracticalsignificancetostudythedynamicreactivepoweroptimizationfordistributionnetwork.AdaptiveMut
5、ationParticleSwarmOptimization(AMPSO)andsceneanalysisareproposedandappliedtosolvethestaticreactivepoweroptimizationindistributionnetworkwithWPGs.Firstly,AMPSOwithmutationoperationisintroduced,whichcaneffectivelyenhancetheabilityoftheparticlestoescapefromthelocaloptimalsolution.Subsequentlytheappr
6、oachofthepowerflowcalculationwithWPGsandits’randomoutputsdescriptionarepresentedindetail.Thepaperbasedonsceneanalysisusing3deterministicscenarioseffectivelyanalyzesreactivepoweroptimizationproblemindistributionnetworkwithWPGs.ExampletestsareconductedonstaticreactivepoweroptimizationintheUnitedSta
