1、县财政局关于强农惠农补贴政策落实情况的汇报县政府办：根据你办的通知要求，现将我县近年来强农惠农补贴政策落实的有关情况汇报如下：一、强农惠农补贴落实情况及成效近年来，为落实好党和政府的强农惠农政策，我县根据省州有关部门的要求，结合我县实际，按照中央、省、州有关强农惠农补贴有关文件要求，认真贯彻落实中央、省、州的各项强农惠农政策，不断加大对“三农”的支持力度，切实减轻了农民的负担，也充分调动了农民群众的生产积极性，促进了农牧业的增效、农牧民增收，使农牧民的生产生活条件有了明显的改善，从根本上改善了农牧村的落后面貌。（一）粮食直补和农资综合直补落实情况
2、2006—2008三年上级下达我县粮食直补和农资综合直补资金为4050519.84元。其中：粮食直补459946.37元，农资综合直补3590573.47元。将资金全部拨付到12个乡镇。各乡镇按照每户的补贴面积、补贴标准、补贴金额张榜公示后，大部分乡以现金形式已发放到户。各别乡(镇)以一卡通”或一折通”将补贴资金发放到户。onegood,onenot.(B)inordertotailoraidmeasures.Afteridentificationofthepoor,totailoraidmeasuresofpovertyforpovertyal
