3、eweightofthebogieframebyartificialneuralnetworkandgeneticalgorithm.Keywords:bogie,strength,fatigueanalysis,neuralnetwork,optimization.1INTRODUCTIONAbogieinatrainisaveryimportantstructuralcomponentloadedbyvariousforcesintherailwayvehiclemotion.Themotionofarailwayvehicleisaffectbythegeometryofthetr

4、ack,theinteractionbetweenwheelsandrails,thesuspension,andtheinertiasofcomponentparts.Inthemeantime,theweightofabogiestructureshouldbeaslightaspossibleathigherrunningspeed.Therefore,thestrengthofthebogieshouldbecarefullycalculatedandanalysedbytheinternationalstandardssuchasUIC[1]andJIS[2],inordert

5、oobtainareasonabledesignscheme.Inthepastdesignprocess,thestepsofmanyexperiments,fieldtests,andprototypestoimproveandobtainareasonabledesignrequiredmuchtimeandhighcosts.Inthecomputer-aidedengineering(CAE)productdesignstep,however,thepracticaluseoffinite-element(FE)analysiscanreducethecostsandtime.

6、TheFEanalysisofthebogieframewasstudiedseveraltimes[3,4].Inaddition,thebogiehasalargeproportionofthetotalweightofavehicle.Savingsofenergyandmaterialarecurrentlydesigndriverstowardslightweightvehicleconstructions.In22CAEproductdesignstep,optimizationforweightreductionandapplicationoftheoptimalalgor
