1、钢结构住宅楼设计摘要本工程为钢结构住宅楼，采用框架结构，设计基准期50年，安全等级为二级，抗震设防烈度为7度。钢结构，楼面为钢混组合楼面，柱下独立基础。本设计以工程实例为研究对象，设计过程包括建筑设计和结构设计两部分。建筑设计部分在满足生产工艺流程要求条件下，同时考虑消防、水、暖、电等专业和甲方需要，充分利用建筑内的空间及框架结构的优点进行平面和竖向设计，在立面处理上，力求新颖，经济美观。设计手段主要采用天正、AutoCAD等软件。结构设计部分突出概念设计为主，计算为辅的设计理念，采用PKPM结构系列设计软件，对刚结构进行空间分析计算，其计算结果准确可靠。建筑设计本着“功能适用
2、，经济合理，造型美观，环境相宜”的原则，以国家相应规范、标准为依据，完成了设计任务书所要求的建筑平面设计。结构设计本着“安全，经济，美观”的原则，进行了竖向荷载汇集，内力计算，内力组合，风荷载验算，板、梁、柱、楼梯等结构构件的设计。设计过程中，充分运用所学的知识，熟悉与应用各种设计规范与标准，了解和使用先进设计方法、计算软件。结构采用框架体系，既满足了建筑对刚度的要求，又能提供较大的可灵活布置的空间，从而更好地满足使用要求。关键词 框架结构；结构设计；荷载汇集；内力计算；配筋计算ISteelstructurehousingAbstractTheengineeringisafra
