3、sh.Inthispaper,thisdefectwasanalyzedtheoretically,andthereasonofleadsegregationwasdiscussed.Therelationshipbetweentendencyoftheleadsegregationandtherespectivetechnologicalparameters,suchasrollingrate,air-coolingtimeetc.werealsodiscussed.Throughestablishingamathematicalmodel,therange
4、oftheoptimalprocessingparameterswerefoundouttheoretically.Onthefoundationoftheoryanalysis,aseriesoftechnologicaltestswerecarriedoutbychangingheatingmethod,pouringtemperature,pouringvelocityandair-coolingtimeetc..Metallographysampleswereanalyzedrespectively.Optimizingparameterswhichc
