3、surfaceroughnessarestudied.Theinfluenceofvariousfactorsonthehighspeedmillingsurfaceroughnessisanalyzed.Themethodoftheoryfuzzyisputforwardtoobtainmoreaccuratepredictionmodel.Andthefuzzysystemistrainedbythealgorithmwhichcombinewithleastsquaremethodandthebasicantcolonyalgorithm.Th
4、econtrasttestshowsthatthefinalconvergenceerroroffuzzysystemtrainedbyimprovedalgorithmisthesmallestandtheconvergenceeffectofwhichisoptimal.Themodelobtainedbythefuzzysystemispredictedthroughthetestdataandthecorrectnessandaccuracyofthemodelbasedonthenewfuzzysystemisprovedtobebette
5、r.Inaddition,millingparameteroptimizationmathematicalmodelisestablishedwhichputmachiningaccuracyandefficiencyastheoptimizationgoalandthoughtheresidualstressandthetoollifeasconstraints.AndtheDynamicAntAlgorithmGeneticAlgorithmisadoptedtooptimizethemodelcalculation.Themethodnoton
6、lyretainstheadvantageofstrongrobustnessoftheoriginalsinglealgorithmbutalsoimproveitslocalsearchingabilityandconvergence.Fordifferentprocessingrequirements,theaccuratemillingparametercombinationcanbegotmorequickly.Finally,withVisualC++6.0asthesoftwaredevelopmentplatform,millingp
