4、stem,andtheoptimizationparametercombinationWasreceived.Simultaneously,thevoluteandimpellermatchingeffectoncentrifugalpumpWasalsostudied.Finally,experimentofexternalcharacteristicandPIVweredoneontheoptimizedcentrifugalpump.Themainworkisasfollows:1.Theoptimizationofwindene
5、rgycentrifugalpumpimpellerWasbasedonDOE.The3factor2levelsfactorialdesignWasconductedonthedesignindexofefficiencyandlleadatmultipleoperatingpoint,aswellastheindependentvariablefactorsofimpellerhydraulicparameters.Hydraulicdesignand3Dmodelsofthe1schemeswereproceedaccording
6、tothegiventextplan.HexahedralstructuredgridforeachschemeWasadoptedtoimprovethewholeflowfieldnumericalsimulationandtheindexdataof1groupschemesareobtainedtobeanalyzed.(1)TheeffectoftestfactoronthepumpefficiencyunderdifferentworkingconditionsWasresearched.Andthepropermodelw
