3、arketenvironment,fluctuationsofelectricitypricesandpoweroutputsofpowerplantsconcemedareinevitableastheresultsofmarketcompetitionandloadfluctuations.Similarly,thecoalpriceinthecoalmarketalsoexhibitsfluctuatingbehaviours.Toachievetheexpectedprofitsattheminimumcondi
4、tionalvalueatrisk(CVaR),thepowerplantconcernedneedstomakeanappropriateplanningforcoalinventory.Inthispaper,CarbonConstrainedCoalInventoryOptimizationofCoal一6fedPowerPlantsinElectricityMarketEnvironmentisstudied.Themainworkispresentedasfollows:Firstly,theexistingr
5、esearchworkoncoalinventoryoptimizationandtheirshortcomingsareanalyzed.Mostofthealreadycarriedoutworkmainlyfocusonthetwoaspects:minimizingthepurchaseandinventorycost;highlightthereliabilityofpowersupply.Whileinfluencesresultfromuncertainfactorsintheelectricityenvi
