3、erials.AlthoughresearchesontheIn203areabundant,thenatureofthebandgapinthematerialremainscontentious.Usingthefirstprinciplestheorywe’vecalculatedthebandstructureandopticalpropertiesoftheIn203bulkmaterial,anddemonstratedthattheIn203bulkmaterialisadirectgapoxide.Becauseoft
