2、mechanicalequipmentsofthestresscorrosionthroughchemicalequipmentfortheeffectsofstresscorrosioncrackingmechanismandtheresearchandanalysis.TheresultsofanalysishavesomeguidingsignificanceforensuringChemicalequipmentsmoothoperationofthesafety,Improvetheequipmentservicelifetime,improve

3、thelevelofequipmentplaysanimportantroleinOperationandManagement,atthesametime,thechemicalequipmentdesign,materialselection,manufacturingandprocessing.Characterandcauseofthecrackingaccidentofausteniticstainlesssteelpipeteejointconnectedwithdeemphasizingcolumnwasstudied.Theresultssh

4、owedthattheruptureisTrancrystallinecleavagecrackingbyhydrogenembittermentbasically,i.e.catholicstresscorrosioncracking.Hydrogenconvectionovenintotheoverheatedroomabovethemainreasonsforcrackingfurnacetubeasfollows:theexistenceofmediumionCI,weldingnormstoohot(sensitiveareaofthelarge

5、r,highervalueofresidualstress),theuseofnon-Ti,Nb,etc.elementsofthestabilizationofsingle.phasetype18-8austeniticstainlesssteelpipesandSOon.HydrogenFurnaceTubescrackintofocusonthefirstpossessionofthesmallheatshouldringarea(sensitizationlargerareasandresidualstressregion),aC1ionstres
