1、摘要摘要随着银行业务的高速发展，各大商业银行对现代化管理、对业务流程的由繁入简，对各类资源的整合利用、对安全保卫的科技保障提出了更高的技术需求和管理升级的需求。各监控子系统和多级管控中心的分散运行、各自为政的管理，缺乏相互的协作和资源信息的共享，即增加了运行管理成本，也不利于上级银行的统一管理。现有监控系统已不能满足银行制度更新和管理理念的发展，技术上的瓶颈制约了银行监控管理现代化的进一步发展STIVS智能集中监控联网系统采用科学的管理方式，将上万路图像按照用户的要求分组管理，任何时间都能在上万路图像中快速
2、调阅出用户关心的图像。实现了整个系统内的录像资料查询、下载、回放、抓图。对于报警处理体现了利用连入智能集中监控联网的现有设备，将视频监控与报警、门禁、身份识别等控制系统有效对应关联，通过关键信息自动进行记录、提示或警告，并对重要视频、音频数据自动进行集中式存储和管理，为用户实现对可能出现的或正在产生的风险实施早预警，早处理，达到由被动式事后监控变为主动式实时预警监控，全面提高技防水平的效果。本课题对视频集中监控联网系统的软件平台的相关的关键技术进行了研究和实现，包括：1、兼容性设计；2、流媒体转发技术；3、
