3、dinNorthwestofChinaasNingxiaYellowRiverBasininChina,withscarcerainfallandhi【ghevaporation,thewaterbalanceofpaymentsimbalanced,isoneofthemostlylackingwaterresourcesareas.Therefore,鹊NingxiaYellowRiverBasin’Sgeographicalfactors,buildingsimulationevaluationmodelofwaterreso

4、urces,developingareasonableconfiguration,schedulingscientificallyandrationally,allocationofwaterresources,,andtomaketheevaluationoffuturedevelopmentplans,notonlyhasagoodpracticalsignificance,butalsocanprovideascientificreferenceforotherregionalwaterresourcesdeployment.

5、Inthispaper,onthebasisofpreviousstudies,establishingevaluationplanningsimulationmodeloftheNingxiaYellowRiverBasin’SWaterSystemwithWEAP(waterevaluationandplanningsystem)toexploreundertheinterveningofhumanactivities,howtomakearegionaldevelopmentplantoachievetheoptimalall

6、ocationofwaterresourcesinthearea.Themainconclusion豁following:1.TheWEAPmodelwhichisadvancedandwidelyappliedintheresearchofwaterresourcesmanagementallovertheworld,isusedinstudyingNingxiaYellowRiverbasin.thecorrelationcoefficientR2valueandNash.Sutcliffemodelefficiencycoef
