2、物流管理的重要组成部分，而国内外关于配送的研究大多集中在配送中心选址、配送路径规划、库存管理、分拣路径以及管理信息系统等方面，对肉牛企业配送模式的研究相对缺乏。基于此，本文选取肉牛企业的物流配送模式进行研究。肥牛牛业是目前典型化的集供应、生产、销售为一体的肉牛企业，肥牛牛业物流配送为例，旨在探寻适合我国肉牛企业发展的物流配送模式，通过企业整体发展概况和物流配送管理现状，指出了肥牛牛业现阶段采用的物流配送模式存在的问题，通过对其原因进行分析后，提出了相应配送模式的改进方案和实施的保障措施，希望能为我国其他肉牛企业配送模式的改进提供参考。关键词：配送；配送模式；肉牛企业-I-
