2、ogyandequipment.Butthedevelopmentofourdeep-holemachiningequipmentislaggingbehind,itsdesignlevelanddegreeofspecializationhasalargegapcomparedwithforeigncountries,andwearelackinginoriginaltechnology,resultinginthecontradictionbetweendemandandsupplycontin
3、uetoincrease.Inthiscontext,theresearchofanewtypeofdeep-holemachiningequipmentwhichhasacost-effectiveandcanquicklyrespondtochangesisputontheagenda,anditssuccesswillgreatlyenhanceChina'sequipmentmanufacturingtechnologylevel,resultinginsignificanteconomic
4、andsocialbenefits.Inthispaper,onthebasisofin-depthanalysisofthedeep-holepartfeaturesanddeep-holedrillingmachinestructuralcharacteristics,thedesignofreconfigurabledeep-holeprocessingmachinetooliscarriedoutbasedonaxiomaticdesigntheory.Thedesignprocessisa
5、sfollows:firstly,theclassificationandcodingsystemfordeep-holepartsisestablished;Secondly,thefunctionalmodulesofthedeepholemachinearedivided,andthefunctionmodule’sclassificationandcodingsystemandmodulelibraryareestablished;thirdly,theprocessofmappingfro
6、mthedeepholepartscharacteristicstothemachinefunctionsconfiguration,thentothestructureofthesetofmodulesiscarriedout;Finally,structuremodulesareintegratedintoanentiremachinethroughstandardizedinterfaceandcontrolsystem.Atlast,inaccordancetoprinciplesofmin
