6、ectlyseeksasecondAmericantoshareit.Iftherebethree,theyelectapresidentandtwosecretaries.Givenfour,theynameakeeperofrecords,andtheofficeisreadyforwork;five,theyconveneageneralmeeting,andtheclubisfullyconstituted.SothingsweremanagedinBaltimore.Theinventorofanewcannonassociatedhimselfwiththec
