3、gitizermodulebasedonPXIExpressbus.ThispaperchoosestheseriesofStratixIIFPGAprovidedbyAlteratoconnectthePXIExpressbus,andDDRIISDRAMasmemoryunit,maketheADcollectiondaughterboardwithAD9467,anddesigntheanalogchannal.ThispaperalsousesonepieceFPGAasthecoreofcontrolformanagingthedatac
4、ollection,multi-channelstorage,OSP,triggerandPXIExpressinterface,inordertoachievethehighperformanceofintegrationsandreliability.Thispaperdevelopsthelow-leveldriverwithLabWindows/CVIthatsup-portedbyNIcompany,supplytheIVIdriverfunctionwithstandardencapsulation,implementthecontro
5、landhigh-speeddatatransferbetweencomputeranddigitizer.Thispaperdesignsthesoftpanelcombiningvariouskindsofanalysisfunctionsuchasoscilloscope,spectrumanalyzerandvectorsignalanalyzerbasedonIDE,competethetransplantofthespectrumanalyzerarithmeticfromDSPtouppercomputer.Therealtestre
