2、理资料进行标准化处理，采用面向对象的软件分析和设计方法，以关系型数据库技术为核心，建立一套以数据采集与管理为基础，具备方便的检索、查询、分析统计及图形、报表输出功能的信息管理系统，实现对东北地区地质调查项目规划部署、成果报告监督管理资料等信息的数字化、可视化及动态化管理，为项目管理和上级有关部门决策提供辅助分析工具和平台。本管理系统是一个专业化的信息管理平台。这个系统是基于B/S架构基础上,在VisualStudio2005开发平台，使用ASP.NET2.0编程技术和SQLServer2000数据库技术，C#语言
