1、中水电站厂房结构设计-毕业设计摘要木毕业设计承担水利水电枢纽工程中水电站厂房结构设计工作。本设计水电站厂房总厂66m,跨度18m,设计柱距6m,屋架采用平坡梯形钢屋架,吊车梁和排架结构均为钢筋混凝土结构。结构设计是保证安全的重中之重,其原则是确保厂房的安全、适用、耐久,同时使设计经济合理。根据已知其他资料进行结构设计,主要内容有:确定水电厂房典型横剖面图,进行厂房结构平而布置,吊车梁设计与配筋,平坡梯形钢屋架设计,排架结构设计与柱子配筋,并绘制相应施工图。吊车梁系直接承受吊车荷载的承重结构,是厂房上部的重要结构之一,本设计吊车梁为简支结构,截面采用T型。钢屋架设计中,假定所有
2、杆件位于同一平面内,杆件重心线汇交于节点中心,且各节点均为理想较,不考虑次应力的影响,应用内力系数法计算屋架杆件的轴心力。排架结构简化为平面结构进行计算,即假定排架柱上端与屋架較接,下端与基础顶面固结,屋架两端处柱的水平位移相等,不考虑排架的空间作用。关键词:厂房结构平面布置、梯形钢屋架、吊车梁设计、排架柱结构设计AbstractThisgraduationdcsignforbuildingstrueturcdesignofwdteTconservancyandHydropowerEngineeringinhydropowerstation.Thedesignofhydrop

6、ideringtheeffeetsofsecondarystrcsscalculationofaxialforce,theapplicationframeinternalforcecoefficientmethod.Bentframestructureissimplifiedasaplanestruetureiscalculated,whichassumesthatthebentframecolumnishingedatthelowerendandroof,andthetopsurfaceofthehorizontaldisplacementoffoundationconso
