3、ibilityandeffectiveness・Thebasicjudgmentoftheworldeconomicsituationin2013:theoverallsituationisgood(1)thegrowthrateoftheworldeconomyin2013willbeslightlyhigherthanthatof2012,butthedrivingforceoftherecoverywillbeinsufficientTheUnitedNationsforecastin2012December,accor
4、dingtotheexchangerateactGDPweighted,in2013theworldeconomywillgrowby2.4%,0.2%fasterthanin2012.In2013January,theInternationalMonetaryFund(IMF)released"worldeconomicoutlook"(WorldEconomicOutlook)report(Updated)pointedoutthatthe2013worldeconomicgrowthwillbeaccelerated,r
5、osefrom3.5%to3.2%in2012.However,in2013,themomentumoftheworldeconomicrecoverywasinadequate,especiallyconsumerconfidence・InFebruary,accordingtoNielsensurveybytheAmericanbudgetnegotiationsandrelatedconcernstheeurozonecrisispressure,2012fourthquarteroftheglobaldeclinein
6、consumerconfidenee,morethan60%oftherespondentssaidthenext12monthsisnotagoodtimeconsumption.(two)theeconomyhaspickedupslowly,butthetrendcontinuestodivideAccordingtotheworldeconomicoutlook,economicactivityintheeuroareaisexpectedtoshrinkby0.2%in2013.TheWorldBankrelease
