3、sedonfullylistentoopinionsandsuggestionsofallaspectsofsocietyontheimplementationofthenoticeofthecityresidentslivingelectricitypilotladder:First,thenecessityandbasicprinciplesofpilotresidentialelectricitypriceLivingelectricitypilotladder,isanimportantmeanstopromoteresourceconser
4、vationandenvironmentalprotection,isanimportantwaytopromotethefairburden,straightenoutthepricerelations,isanimportantmeasuretoimplementthenationalresourcesandenvironmentalpricereform・Thefollowingprinciplesshallbefollowedforthetrialuseofladderpowerpricesforresidents，livingelectri
