3、yplanningareawithinthescopeofthestate-ownedlandgranttransfers,thetransferofthepartiesmustsignawrittentransfercontract・Thecontractshallstatethemaincontentincludes:thenamesofthepartieshomeownershipcertificateoftherealestaterealestatenameandnumber,location,areaandfourboimdaries,
4、landparcelnumber(approvedlandplanningbureauofeachlanduserightcertificatenumber),thewayofobtainingthelanduserightsandreallife,usetheuseofrealestateorproperty,priceandpaymenttranssctions,realestatedeliverytime,liabilityforbreachofcontract,othermattersasagreeduponbybothparties.S
5、econdly,housingtransferproceduresshouldbehandled.Proceduresforhandlingpropertytransferproceduresareasfollows:1,bothpartiesinvolvedinthesaleofhousingafterthesigningofthecontractwithin30days,totherealestateownershipcertificate,thelegalcertificationoftheparties,thetransfercontra
6、ctandotherrelevantdocumentstothepropertymanagementapplication,andreportthetransactionprice;2,therealestatemanagementdepartmentstoprovidetherelevantdocumentsforreview,andwithin15daystomakeawrittenreplytotheadmissibilityoftheapplication;3,therealestatemanagementdepartmentstover
7、ifythedeclaredtransactionprice,andinaccordancewiththeneedsofthetransferofhousingon-siteinvestigationandevaluation;4,thepartiestothetransferofrealestateinaccordancewiththeprovisionsoftherelevanttaxesandfees;5,therealestatemanagementissuedatransferform.Inhandlingtheaboveprocedu
