1、医学检验专业寄生虫学检验实践教学的研究江凌静辛杰陈群杨云凤冉茂春杨雅麟叶霞(红河州卫生学校云南蒙自661100)【中图分类号】R193【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1672-5085(2012)17-0011-02【摘要】目的探讨实践教学在寄牛虫学检验教学中的应用效果。方法在云南省红河州卫牛学校2008级中专三年制医学检验专业62名学生中随机选取32名为实验组，其余30人为对照组。实验组学牛在每章结束后进行实践教学。教师盲法对两组学牛同时进行操作、理论考试及总体表现评价；结合问卷调查和心得体会进行教学效果评估。考评结果用

2、SPSS11.5软件进行统计学处理。结果实验组学牛操作考核成绩(43.22±0.83)分，理论考试成绩(48.91±16.02)分，总体评价(65.82±9.72)分，高于对照组学生的(37.61±3.78)分，(37.61±16.76)分与(52.85±11.97)分，两者之间具有统计学意义(P<0.001)o对寄生虫检验实践教学前、后的学牛及医院带教医牛问卷调查，100%的学牛及检验科医牛认为有必要进行实践教学。结论实践教学在寄牛虫
