1、仿真技术在真空冷冻干燥机设计中应用[摘要]目的:探究仿真技术在真空冷冻干燥机设计过程中的应用。以先进设计方法,支持产品开发和基础试验,充实科学试验和测试手段。方法:针对主要部件冷冻干燥箱和搁板进行CAD建模。借助CAE技术对冷冻干燥箱进行静力学分析,根据变形和应力分布情况,为其形状和尺寸优化目标提供可靠依据。对冷冻干燥箱进行模态分析,得到其固有频率,为有效预估结构的振动特性提供依据。应用FLUENT软件,采用SIMPLE算法和标准K-e湍流模型,分析其内部气流流动特性、出口速度分布,为进气口布局提供设计依据。对搁板内温度场进行流-固耦合分析
2、,获得搁板温度场和流场的分布图,为进一步优化搁板结构提供依据。结果:对冷冻干燥箱内气流模型和搁板温度流场模型建立和计算方法进行尝试,获得了流场云图和载荷数据等仿真结果,为其实际工程应用提供参考依据,提升了产品开发效费比。结论:仿真作为一种试验技术,对于设计工作中提升产品性能、提高设计效率起到了积极推动作用。[关键词]CAD/CAE;流-固耦合;静力学分析;模态分析;仿真分析;冻干技术;FLUENT中图分类号:TB79文献标识码:A文章编号:2055-5200(2014)01-027-06Doi:10.11876/mimt201401007A
