6、··································3.7.4防渗土料········································3.8结论及今后工作建议·································373.1前言**水电站位于青海省**县和甘肃省***县交界的黄河干流上,是黄河上游龙(羊峡)—刘(家峡)河段规划的第七座中型电站,拟选坝址(上坝址、下坝址)位于**黄河大桥上游,距积石峡坝址6.3Km。坝址区以黄河为界,左岸属青海省**县官亭镇,距**县

7、城92Km;右岸属甘肃省***县**镇,距***县城29Km。对外有青海省川官(**-官亭)公路,交通方便。该电站以发电为主。设计正常蓄水位1783m,与积石峡水电站尾水衔接,坝顶高程1785m,最大坝高上坝址15m、下坝址46m,装机容量上坝址(引水方案)220MW、下坝址(河床式厂房)140MW,总库容上坝址约367万m3、下坝址约560万m3,工程属中型三等工程,主坝坝型为砂砾石堆石坝,副坝坝型为均质土坝。枢纽主要建筑物为三级,由拦河大坝、发电引水渠(上坝址)、厂房、泄水闸、开关站等建筑物组成,199

8、0年4月底对该枢纽进行了规划选点踏勘工作,1991年5月底陆续开始地勘工作,同年11月提交《黄河龙羊峡—刘家峡河段中型电站规划阶段**水电站工程地质报告》。2001年4月中旬,我院中标**水电站预可行性研究阶段的勘测设计工作,5月中旬专业人员进行现场踏勘,拟选上、下两个坝址进行预可行性研究阶段的工作,于10月底完成本阶段的全部勘测工作。2002年2月规划院专家组对预可研报告初稿进行了咨询,并提出咨询意见。主要勘测
