1、毕业设计（论文）题目：车险人伤理赔过程中存在的问题及对策系（部）：专业班级：姓名：学号：指导教师：2011年5月20日19摘要随着汽车工业的快速发展，车险理赔也成为保险公司的主要业务。汽车保险具有基数大，流动性强，出险概率高，对人身安全危险性高等特点。汽车保险理赔具有一套相对成熟的理赔方案和流程，对出现车辆第一时间进行查勘定损，在较短的时间内对出险的车辆进行定损修复，将赔款尽快赔付给客户。往往会出现较大的事故，涉及金额较大，涉及人身伤亡的案件，相对处理较为困难。经统计，累计车险人伤案件量占车险总案件量约11.78%，累计车险人伤赔款占车险案件总赔款约
2、27.58%。数据表明，人伤案件相对其它案件而言具有数量少,但案件均赔付金额高的特点。由于人伤案件的赔付与人民生活等相关统计数据密切相关，并且在整个赔案中难度，赔款金额都相对较大，对这方面要求也相对严格。在车险人伤理赔中，本文从伤者、医疗单位等方面发现问题，分析问题，解决问题。人伤案件在车险理赔中占有重要地位，做好人伤理赔是做好车险理赔的一项很重要的环节，同时也是对受害者的一种负责，一种安抚。关键词车险人伤理赔；问题；对策19AbstractWiththerapiddevelopmentofautomobileindustry,theinsuranc
