1、HIV/AIDS病人抗病毒治疗6月后住院原因分析吴念宁,彭智鹏黄绍标(南宁市第四人民医院广西艾滋病临床治疗中心,南宁530023)摘要:目的了解广西地区艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染者/艾滋病(AIDS)病人(简称HIV/AIDS病人)经高效联合抗反转录病毒治疗(HAART)超过6个月后所患疾病谱及对预后影响。方法回顾性分析2010年4月至2015年3月HAART超过6个月后HIV/AIDS病人住院的主要原因,将所患疾病分类为:HAART药物不良反应、急性感染性疾病、传染性肝病、结核病、其他传染病、内科系统疾病、外科系统疾病、外伤、肿瘤、其他疾病共10类,观察各类疾病的发生情况及对预后影
2、响。结果共收集符合条件病人818例,男性占71.1%,年龄>50岁占47.1%,CD4+T淋巴细胞计数<200个/μL者占32.5%。各类疾病中,急性感染性疾病占19.6%,内科系统性疾病占17%,外科系统性疾病占13.9%,肿瘤占12.6%,HAART药物不良反应占8.3%,结核病占8.9%,传染性肝病占5.7%,其她传染病占5%,外伤占3.7%,其他疾病占5.4%。不良预后病人占10.9%,其中前三位为恶性肿瘤(47.2%)、急性感染(25.8%)和慢性肝病(9.0%)。结论本地区HIV/AIDS病人基础免疫低下多见,中长期HAART过程中感染性疾病风险较大,老年人比例高,合并
