2、oise,whichmakesitdifficultforustodetect.Nowadays,therearealotofbackgroundnoiseextractionalgorithmsonradio,suchasK-meansclusteringalgorithm,theprovisionalvalueofthediscriminantextractionalgorithm.Thesealgorithmscantakeapartofsignalandnoiseundercertainconditions,buteach
3、alsohaslimitations.Atpresent,theproblemcanbebroadlyclassifiedintotwoaspects.Firstly,the
backgroundnoiseofconventionalextractionalgorithmsareabletoachievegoodresultsintheextractionofspecificelectromagneticenvironment.However,withthechangeoftheexternalelectromagneticenv
4、ironment,thebackgroundnoiseextractionalgorithmastoodependentonthesupportedhardwareenvironmentsorsetafixedparametercannotbechangedwiththeadaptationoftheexternalenvironment,andthusappearedtodetectingerrors.Moreover,somebackgroundnoiseextractionalgorithmcanonlybeadaptedt

bands,whichcannotbeappliedtoallmonitoringrequirementsformonitoringband.Asmostofthemonitoringactivitiesofthedifferentfrequencybandsisdifferent,thebackgroundnoiseisalsodifferent,Similarly,themonitoringsignaltonoiseratioisnotthesameinthedifferent
