2、ystalstructureafterheattreatment,magnetostrictionofFe80-xMnxGa15Al5(x=0,0.5,1,2,4,6)seriesalloys,andmeasuredroomtemperaturemagneticloopsandVickers-hardness.Theresultsshows:CastalloyisthestructureofdisorderedbccandthegrainofalloyisCoarse.LargestMagnetostrictioncoefficientofcastalloyFe80-xMnxGa15Al5
3、(x=0,0.5,1,2,4,6)isFe76Mn4Ga15Al5,to106×10-6.Thealloywithheattreatmentisthestructureofdisorderedbccandthegrainofalloyiscoarsetoo.Themajororientationsoftheannealedalloyare{112}110,{111}110ofaorientationand{111}011,{111}112ofγorientation.Thelargestmagnetostriction
coefficientofFe76Mn4Ga15Al5alloyis5
4、9×10-6;Themajororientationsoftheannealedalloyare{112}110and{111}110ofαorientation.ThelargestmagnetostrictioncoefficientofFe76Mn4Ga15Al5alloyis96×10-6,largerthanannealedalloy.TheeffectofMnelementonalloymagnetostrictioncoefficientisobvious.ThemagnetostrictioncoefficientofalloyimprovedwithMncontentin
5、creasedandthemaximumincreaseappearedwhenMnatomicratiowas4.ComparedwiththealloywithoutMn,themagnetostrictioncoefficientofcastalloyis82ppm,improved32%.Themagnetostrictioncoefficientoftherolledalloyis106ppm,increased4.8-fold.Themagnetostrictioncoefficientofthequenchedalloyis96ppm,improved11.6%.Themag
6、netostrictioncoefficientoftheannealedalloyis59ppm,increased1.2-fold.Alloymagneticlooplinearityisbetter,andalmosthasnoremanenceandcoercivity.Itisbenefittorepeatedmagnetizationofmaterials.TheVickers-hardnessofalloyincreasedwiththeincreaseofMncontent.KeyWords:Fe-Ga-Alalloys;texture;magnetostrictionII
