1、表面处理对塑料薄膜印刷适性影响研究摘要近些年来,人们对商品包装的要求越来越高,塑料是一种高分子合成材料,以其无可比拟的优势在包装领域中得到了广泛的应用。但是由于塑料薄膜的表面能低,在一定程度上阻碍了其在包装印刷中的应用,主要表现为难印刷、难复合等。因此,塑料薄膜在其上机印刷、复合之前必须进行处理,来改善塑料薄膜的印刷适性。电晕表面处理技术与应用对高科技经济的发展及传统工业的改造有着巨大的影响。电晕表面处理是目前最常用也是技术相对最成熟的一种处理方式,采用高频高压或中频高压对塑料薄膜表面进行处理,使电极间产生电子流
2、,在薄膜表面形成氧化极化基,使薄膜表面产生极性,便于印刷油墨吸附。本次研究,主要通过理论结合实验分析了电晕表面处理对塑料薄膜印刷适性的影响。理论部分通过查阅大量文献,从油墨与薄膜之间的附着机理进行分析。实验部分则是通过对比三种不同极性的材料,电晕处理前与电晕处理后的表面张力、摩擦系数、油墨密度以及油墨附着率,从而得出电晕处理对薄膜印刷适性的影响。最后,通过实验结果的综合分析和评价得出一定的结论,希望能为今后对塑料薄膜表面处理的进一步研究打下一定的理论和实验基础。关键词:塑料薄膜,表面处理,电晕,印刷适性ABSTR
