1、.毕业论文屠宰污水厌氧消化工艺研究页.摘要屠宰废水是我国最大的有机污染源之一,我国大部分城市已基本上实现了禽畜的定点集中屠宰,同时随着人们生活水平的不断提高,屠宰场的规模也在不断扩大,屠宰废水的排放量越来越大。屠宰废水呈红褐色、有腥味、含有大量血污、皮毛、碎骨肉、油脂和内脏杂物,COD5、BOD5、氨氮、SS等指标均较高,可生化性优良,无毒性。屠宰废水受其生产过程的影响明显,其水质水量波动范围较大。我国从50年代开始考虑屠宰废水的处理,到70年代仍以一级处理为主,80年代以后,新的处理技术逐渐被开发应用,处理程度不断提高。由于厌氧生物处理技术具有工艺稳定、节能、运行简单等优点,近年来在高浓
2、度有机废水的处理中得到了飞速发展。本文以污水BOD去除率为指标,采用厌氧消化的处理方法。经试验所得,温度在37℃和38℃对BOD去除率的提高影响较好;pH值在6.8和7.2时,产甲烷菌的生长具有优势,BOD去除率较好;锰离子浓度在19.50μg/ml和20.00μg/ml对厌氧微生物的抑制作用很不明显,BOD去除率为最佳。综合考虑温度、pH值、锰离子浓度对厌氧消化的影响和BOD去除率,13号、14号、9号BOD的去除率较好。处理的最佳组合为最优组合方案为424即pH值为7.5,锰离子浓度为20.00μg/ml,温度为38.0℃。关键词:屠宰污水;厌氧消化;工艺页.ABSTRACTSlaug
