1、不同植物生长延缓剂对甜瓜幼苗质量的影响 摘要:为了解决新疆吐鲁番地区甜瓜(CucumismeloL.)工厂化育苗当中遇到的容易出现徒长苗,不易培育出适龄壮苗这一问题,选用甜瓜品种西州密十七号为供试品种,研究不同植物生长延缓剂对甜瓜幼苗质量的影响。结果表明,在播种后的第四周时,40和60mg/L多效唑(PP333)溶液浸基质处理以及200mg/LPP333溶液喷施叶面处理对幼苗株高的抑制作用最强;就幼苗的真叶而言,40和60mg/LPP333溶液浸基质处理对幼苗叶片生长的抑制作用最显著,并且60mg/LPP333溶液浸基质处理下叶片最厚;就幼苗的叶
2、柄长度而言,60mg/LPP333溶液对幼苗叶柄的抑制作用最强;60和40mg/LPP333溶液浸基质处理的幼苗根冠比极显著大于对照和其他各处理;对幼苗壮苗指数影响较大的3个处理分别为12000mg/L比久(B9)溶液喷施叶面处理、16000mg/LB9溶液浸基质处理、200mg/LPP333溶液喷施叶面处理。综合考虑幼苗根冠比和壮苗指数可以得出,200mg/LPP333溶液喷施叶面处理表现最佳,可以用于防止甜瓜穴盘苗的徒长,培育壮苗。 关键词:甜瓜(CucumismeloL.);植物生长延缓剂;形态指标;幼苗质量 中图分类号:S652文献标识
