1、废旧机电设备贵重金属回收利用技术及示范 摘要:针对废旧机电设备(行程开关、硅稳压二极管、直流接触器、转换开关、自动空气开关、硅双基二极管等)中贵金属(金、银)的解离与富集,研究了多功能含贵重金属废旧机电设备整体多级破碎(剪切、锤击、挤压等)、复合分选(磁选、涡电流分选、高压静电、风选)关键技术与成套装备,实现了包括行程开关、硅稳压二极管、直流接触器、转换开关、自动空气开关、硅双基二极管等各类废旧机电设备中贵重金属的解离与富集。同时研究了金属富集物中重金属(Pb、Cd、Zn等)的真空冶金-真空热解关键技术
2、和装备。研究了化学技术提取经分选的含贵金属的金属富集物,提高了废旧机电设备中贵金属(金、银)的回收率和纯度,实现了废旧机电设备中贵金属(金、银)的精细分离。通过研究多功能含贵重金属废旧机电设备多级破碎、复合分选关键技术与成套装备,开发出了具有自主知识产权的多功能含贵重金属废旧机电器件的多级破碎-复合分选技术与成套装备。自主研制出1套高效新型破碎、分选装置。多级破碎系统处理能力300kg/h,金属与非金属(废塑料等)的解离率为95%以上;复合分选系统处理能力300kg/h,分选效率为90%以上。 关键词:
