4、findustrialandmercial,partyashouldassistpartybtodealwith"usecardofthestate-ownedland",landgrantfeechargeasstipulatedinthecurrentnationallandpolicy,thecertificatechargedbypartya,aftertheprojectpletionwithinaweek,partyashalltransferusecardofthestate-owned
