1、脑肿瘤对大脑皮层运动区BOLD-fMRI信号的影响高超,詹傲,谢延风,石全红#(400016重庆,重庆医科大学附属第一医院神经外科)[摘要]目的采用血氧依赖水平功能磁共振成像(BOLD-fMRI)技术,探讨不同类型、性质、起源的脑肿瘤对大脑皮层运动区BOLD-fMRI信号激活范围、强度的影响。方法回顾性研究临近或累及大脑皮层运动区的48例脑肿瘤患者(恶性27例,良性21例)与10例非肿瘤患者,获得功能区BOLD激活图像,分析大脑皮层运动功能区BOLD-fMRI信号范围、强度与脑肿瘤间的关系。结果恶性脑肿瘤组信号范围及强度(范
2、围:MⅠ:51.07±20.50,SMⅠ:29.89±16.27;强度:MⅠ:29.56±21.42,SMⅠ:23.64±10.31),良性脑肿瘤组信号范围及强度(范围:MⅠ:110.20±50.68,SMⅠ:77.89±18.55;强度:MⅠ:46.65±13.21,SMⅠ:38.21±13.25),非肿瘤组信号范围及强度(范围:MⅠ:183.45±43.95,SMⅠ:180.46±30.28;强度:MⅠ:65.13±16.55,SMⅠ:65.64±11.87)。3组间信号范围及强度差异明显(P<0.05)。脑功能区成像范
